Baptist Care (NSW)

Working with TSA Management on behalf of Baptist Care, we have provided access to consultancy services for Stages 1 & 2 of the retirement village. From pre Development Application through to completion, the residential dwellings were designed for independent living for seniors and to meet State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing for Seniors or People with a Disability). This was a challenging project due to site topography, particularly at stage 2, where the gradients of the pathways needed careful consideration.
