Civic Quarter (ACT)

Working with Amalgamated Property Group, May Russell Architects & Construction Control, our team provided access consultancy services from concept design right through to completion of this 12 storey commercial office building.

The award-winning building had a number of access challenges and we were able to work with the architects to provide both enhanced accessibility design outcomes as well as providing performance solutions. The topography of the site was such that stair only access could be provided to the Mort Street entry. We worked closely with the designers to ensure that an equitable outcome could be achieved.
